Your fee is so low.Is this a ploy to get people in the door and after that you start adding other fees?

Our membership fee gives you unlimited access to your MD. The only extras you may pay is if you are in need of ancillary services or when you are referred to a specialist in another practice.

Do I still need Health Insurance?

Yes. We encourage our subscribers to keep their insurance or at least have a high deductible plan which will cover you in case of a serious illness or hospitalization. By subscribing to PMC for our primary care, you will be having excellent primary care in a cost-effective way.

What if I don’t have Health Insurance?

If you have lost your health insurance due to job changes or loss or other life-altering events, this is an excellent way to continue to have access to excellent primary health coverage. This is most important for people with chronic medical problems like Hypertension, diabetes, heart failure etc.

I sometimes have family members visiting from other countries. How can they benefit from this program?

You are free to pay a yearly fee of $600 at once for them or just enroll them in the subscription and guarantee them unlimited visits to our practice for the next one year. You may also choose to use the pay-per-visit option of $100-200 per visit but the subscription model is more cost effective.

Can I still use your services if I have Health Insurance?

At this time, we do not accept any commercial insurances. You may still use our services if you have health insurance particularly if it is a high deductible plan. If you decide to see us, the concierge benefits of unlimited visits, testing, emails, immunizations helps you get more “bang for your buck”. If you chose to use our fee for service option of $200 initial visit and $100 subsequent visits, you can submit your receipt to your insurance company to see if you can be reimbursed (they may reimburse you lower for using an out of network provider).

Do you provide any discounts?

Small business employers and enrolling multiple family members attracts some discounts. Please see our fees page.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, credit or debit cards. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept checks at this time. You can also pay online at our website: pearlmedclinic.com.

What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your subscription at any time with a 30 day notice. Please read the contract terms for more details of our cancellation policy.

Can I be seen if I am behind on my payments or subscription fees?

Unfortunately, we require that your payments be made good and up to date to continue to render services. Our doors are only able to stay open and available to you as promised if our patients and customers also keep their end of the agreement.
